Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Once processed, orders are delivered within 4–7 business days.

Please note that total delivery time = processing time (3 days) + shipping time (4–7 days). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, high-demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
